Shipping

Shipping for most of our products is managed directly via our partner/third party , you will be advised before payment check out regarding approximate delivery times.

Some of our special editions will be managed directly by us, in that event shipping details will be specified in each products description.


Returns

Once you receive your order, you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund. Item must be unused. To do this please send an email with order number to: purr@meloandmia.com

Orders for personalised products or from the sale collections are non-returnable.


Exchanges

Only in the event that the product you receive is defective or there is an error on our part, we will take care of the exchange for the same item or any other item with the same price on our store. To do this, you must contact purr@meloandmia.com, putting your name and order number in the concept and an explanation of what the issue is and how you would wish us to proceed, we will try our best to accomodate!
